Talent & HR Development Manager (m/f/d)

risiq is an exciting SaaS scale-up that is revolutionizing risk management for banks and financial institutions: automatic, real-time, and scalable risk calculation within an ESG framework.

In this role, you will be the architect of our HR strategy – you will build a professional recruiting process, develop and implement modern personnel development measures, and ensure that risiq not only grows rapidly but also brings the right people along. You will work closely with leadership, understand our culture, and find talent that fits risiq. We are looking for someone who thinks strategically about recruiting, loves people development, and knows that good HR is an enabler of company growth – not just administration.

Tasks

• Development and implementation of programs for talent promotion and employee development to strengthen the skills of our teams.
• Advising executives on matters related to employee development and retention.
• Conducting training sessions and workshops to promote the professional and personal development of employees.
• Analysis of performance indicators and feedback to continuously improve and adapt our HR strategies.
• Collaboration with various departments to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in personnel development and talent management, ideally in the banking industry.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop effective training programs.
• Knowledge of modern HR tools and technologies.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
