Job Description As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will take ownership of clinician recruitment across a portfolio of clinics within your region. You will work closely with operational leaders to understand workforce needs, develop hiring strategies, and deliver high-quality dentists and clinicians to the right practices. This is not a transactional recruitment role. It is a strategic talent partnering role, combining proactive sourcing, workforce planning, and stakeholder leadership to drive business outcomes.
