Talent Development Specialist CEE

Join our team and help drive talent growth and the implementation of the learning and development strategy across the Central and Eastern Europe region. In this role, you will work closely with the Talent Development Manager CEE, as well as local and global teams, delivering modern L&D solutions tailored to business needs.

• Collaborate with the Talent Development Manager to identify training and development needs
• Co-create and implement tools and programs supporting talent growth across the entire CEE cluster
• Adapt, and deliver training programs in line with the organization’s global strategy
• Conduct training and workshops (both online and offline)
• Organize and coordinate the logistical aspects of workshops, work with external providers and manage vendor and technical processes
• Develop, update, adapt, and translate training materials
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives, prepare reports, and provide recommendations for improvements
• Support global Employer Branding, onboarding, and recruitment initiatives, ensuring their effective adaptation and implementation across diverse local markets in the CEE region
