Job description
Talent Development Partner Role Purpose The Talent Development Partner is responsible for designing, delivering, and optimizing learning and talent solutions that build organizational capability, strengthen leadership pipelines, and ensure a safe, inclusive, and high-performance culture. This role consults with business leaders to translate strategy into measurable development outcomes spanning learning strategy, curriculum design, LMS administration, leadership development, and compliance programs. The Talent Development Partner will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to identify talent gaps, develop targeted solutions, and measure progress towards strategic objectives. Key responsibilities include: • Designing and delivering customized learning experiences that meet business needs and drive performance improvement. • Collaborating with subject matter experts to develop high-quality content and assessments. • Administering and maintaining Learning Management Systems (LMS) to ensure seamless user experience. • Developing and implementing leadership development programs to build organizational capability and strengthen leadership pipelines. • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies through effective program design, implementation, and evaluation. • Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders across the organization to identify talent gaps, develop targeted solutions, and measure progress towards strategic objectives. • Providing expert guidance on learning and talent development best practices to drive business results. This role requires a strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Education, Organizational Development, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in talent development, training, or a related field.
