To support our People & Culture Teams at the Hamburger Headquarter, we are looking for you as Talent Development Manager (w/m/d)* in full-time (40 hours). As Talent Development Manager (w/m/d)*, you will serve as a sparring partner for our employees and executives and be responsible for implementing talent development concepts and measures. You will work closely with the relevant executives and employees to offer suitable development opportunities and contribute to the strategic build-up and upskilling of our internal talents.

• Talent Development: Conceptualization, accompaniment, and further development of training programs and measures as well as implementation of initiatives to strengthen the learning culture (e.g. open learning formats, Learning Weeks)
• Karriere- & Kompetenzmodell: Support for the global rollout of our career and competence model as well as the development of field-specific competencies at the headquarters
• Mitarbeitendenbefragung: Counseling and evaluation of global employee surveys, as well as deriving and preparing concrete recommendations for action
• Reporting: Analysis of relevant data and creation of reports to measure the effectiveness of our development measures
• Workshops & Beratung: Counseling employees and executives on learning needs and development opportunities, as well as conceptualization, moderation, and accompaniment of internal workshops and training sessions

• Relevantes Studium: Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, economics, or a comparable field, ideally with a focus on HR
• Dedizierte Berufserfahrung: Professional experience in the HR field with a clear focus on talent development
• Relevante Erfolge: Notable successes in conceptualizing and implementing training and further education measures
• Skillset: Excellent communication and moderation skills, structured and result-oriented working style, analytical skills, as well as the ability to position yourself as a trusted point of contact
• HR-Systeme und digitale Tools: Experience with HR systems like Personio and Culture Amp, as well as interest in implementing digital tools and AI in talent development processes
• Sprachkenntnisse: Fluent German and very good English skills
