Talent & Development Lead (m/w/d)

Job description

An international industrial company with multiple locations, part of a globally established corporate group, is continuously developing in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment.

Tasks

  • Overall responsibility for the Talent Lifecycle – from gaining to development to binding employees in key and specialized functions
  • Steering the entire recruitment process including sourcing strategy, interviews, diagnostics, and offer management
  • Closely working with executives to anticipate personnel and succession planning as well as building sustainable talent pipelines using talent analytics
  • Conception, implementation, and further development of talent management processes such as internal mobility and building and maintaining competency models and career paths
  • Developing and implementing learning and development programs, particularly for executives and strategic target groups
  • Moderating trainings, workshops, and development formats as well as accompanying developmental and feedback conversations
  • Sparring partner for executives in matters of personnel acquisition, performance, and team development as well as contributing to cross-sectional people and culture projects

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a comparable field
  • At least 8-10 years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development or comparable HR functions
  • Demonstrated experience in filling specialized or critical roles in complex or dynamic environments
  • Fundamental expertise in conceiving and implementing development programs as well as talent and succession processes
  • Outstanding business understanding and ability to strategically link talent and development measures with corporate goals
  • Excellent consulting, communication, and moderation skills as well as confident appearance towards executives
  • Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style with high self-responsibility as well as very good German and English language skills; experience in an international environment is advantageous
  • Negotiation-safe German and English language skills in spoken and written form
