Talent Delivery Consultant

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent & Delivery Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with our clients to understand their business objectives, assess their talent needs, and develop strategies that drive organisational transformation. You will play a critical role in guiding our clients through change initiatives, enhancing their talent management capabilities, addressing their challenges and propose innovative solutions through our workforce solutions. Key skills required for this role include: strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, experience working in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, and at least 5 years of experience in talent management, consulting or a related field. In addition, the successful candidate will be certified in a relevant area such as SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR, or GPHR.
