About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Talent Data Analyst (IC4) to support performance-based assessment (PBA) and AI grading initiatives. The role focuses on data management, analysis, and dashboard creation to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of scoring processes. The analyst will work closely with subject matter experts and instructional staff to ensure data-driven improvements and model validation prior to deployment.

• Collect, clean, and manage PBA and AI scoring datasets.

• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.

• Build dashboards to track reliability, scoring trends, and model performance.

• Collaborate with SMEs and instructional staff to interpret data and recommend improvements.

• Support reliability checks and validation processes before model deployment.

• Ensure accuracy and consistency in datasets and reporting.

• Strong data management and analysis skills.

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or equivalent tools.

• Dashboard creation and visualization skills (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

• Experience with model validation and performance monitoring.

• Attention to detail and ability to translate data into actionable insights.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
