Description of the post
- HR Administrative Management: Prepare, process and archive HR documents while ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal obligations. Ensure a rigorous and confidential management of employee files, prepare payroll, update information in the HR system and guarantee smooth and efficient administration.
- Involvement in all HR aspects: Actively contribute to coordinating and supporting various HR functions, including social benefits, health and safety at work, employee relations, as well as internal policies and processes.
- Coordination of HR activities: Intervene polyvalently in recruitment, health and safety at work or training areas, according to specific service needs. Adapt your role to support organizational priorities and ongoing HR projects.
- Employee experience and mobilization: Support initiatives aimed at strengthening employee engagement, well-being and recognition. Contribute to promoting a strong and mobilizing organizational culture.
- HR Counseling and Accompaniment: Support employees and managers on HR-related issues, offering wise counsel and promoting an inclusive and benevolent work environment. Facilitate conflict resolution and encourage open and transparent communication.
