Talent Coordinator

The Opportunity This is an opportunity to join a globally established mining organisation during a period of sustained recruitment activity. The business operates at significant scale, with a structured and mature internal talent function supporting complex corporate, technical and operational portfolios. Reporting into the recruitment team and supporting the Senior Talent Advisor and Recruitment Advisors, you will play a key role in ensuring recruitment activity runs smoothly and efficiently. Key responsibilities will include: * Liaising with candidates and stakeholders, managing diaries and scheduling interviews across multiple time zones. * Screening applications, shortlisting candidates and providing feedback. * Coordinating interview panels and interview feedback. * Managing the offer process, including preparing offer letters and contracts. * Onboarding new hires, including preparing and distributing paperwork. * Supporting the team with ad hoc administrative tasks. About You You will have experience in a similar role, ideally within a corporate environment. You will be highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders. You will be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel. You will be a team player and be able to work independently. What’s on offer?
