Job Description Area of Activity: Human Resources and Labor Relations We are looking for a law student or recent graduate to join our team as an intern in the area of Human Resources and Labor Relations. Responsibilities: • Assist in the development of policies and procedures related to labor relations; • Participate in the analysis and interpretation of labor laws and regulations; • Collaborate with the HR department in the implementation of new initiatives and projects; • Support the preparation of reports, documents, and other materials related to labor relations. Requirements: • Be a law student or recent graduate (up to 2 years after graduation); • Have knowledge of labor laws and regulations; • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Be able to work in a team environment; • Have basic computer skills.
