Talent Acquisition | Working Student / Werkstudent*in (m/w/d)

As Talent Acquisition Working Student (m/w/d) at Superchat, you're part of our unique team and contribute significantly to our growth. Together with us, you'll find top talents for Superchat, learn new talent acquisition strategies, and gain insight into a broad range of HR topics.

We're looking for you if you're available immediately for at least 3 months and can work on-site in our Berlin office.

This is what your day could look like:

• You facilitate the filling of open positions and find suitable candidates using strategic active sourcing.
• You conduct independent screening calls and are responsible for the entire candidate management.
• You accompany the candidates until contract signing.

This is what you bring:

• You have very good language skills in German and English.
• You're proactive, communicative, and possess strong organizational skills.
• You've ideally already gained some experience in active sourcing.
