About the Role

We are looking for a working student (m/f/d) for our Talent Acquisition Team to further expand our competitive advantage in the M&A sector. Your task is to win these talents for us.

Responsibilities

Recruiting is a central part of our company strategy, therefore we expect a highly technology-supported way of working, output orientation, and professionalism in dealing with talents.

• 80% of your first months will be spent sourcing talent through our various channels. You will also conduct initial screening interviews.

• You will systematically screen the German market and build strategic talent pools for future targets.

• You will actively contribute ideas for shaping our channel mix for attracting talent to our TA strategy.

Qualifications

• You want to work on-site at our HQ in Berlin (Prenzlauer Berg).

• You can commit to at least 12 months of working student activity.

• You possess demonstrably strong interest in people and entrepreneurship.

• You have high resilience in direct outreach, act confidently, and work result-oriented.

• You want a very steep learning curve in the areas of methodology and technology-supported work.
