Position:
STAGISTA - TALENT ACQUISITION TEAM

Description of the role:
The resource will mainly be responsible for scouting profiles and inserting candidates into a database for the entire national territory.

Responsibilities:

• Scouting profiles through various recruiting platforms (LinkedIn, Monster, Infojobs, and free databases);
  
• Processing and qualifying data within the ATS (Applicant Tracking System);
  
• Updating the database;
  
• Supporting daily activities of the selection team (10 people);

Requirements

• Degree in humanities, psychology or law-economic sciences;
  
• Passion for the human resources and personnel selection sector;
  
• Good knowledge of recruiting platforms;
  
• Excellent communication and relational skills;
  
• Ability to work independently and in a team;
  
• Orientation towards results and attention to details.
