Talent Acquisition Team Lead (m/w/d) - Sales & Volume Hiring

As Talent Acquisition Team Lead (m/w/d) - Sales & Volume Hiring you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of recruiters in sales and volume hiring, developing and implementing recruitment strategies to meet business objectives, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Your key responsibilities will include: • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet business objectives • Leading a high-performing team of recruiters in sales and volume hiring • Identifying and mitigating risks in the recruitment process • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements • Collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement recruitment plans • Analyzing and interpreting data to inform recruitment decisions • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes • Providing coaching and guidance to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively. As a successful candidate you will have: • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field • At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a leadership role • Proven track record of success in sales and volume hiring • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines • Fluency in English (additional languages are an asset) • A strong passion for recruitment, talent acquisition, and building relationships.
