TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST/RECRUITER BOLOGNA Opportunity This is an interesting opportunity to join a leading consulting services company. Responsibilities The selected resource will be responsible for supporting the Director of the structure in the following activities: - publishing announcements, screening candidates, direct search and the entire personnel selection process; - drafting documents and contracts; - managing agenda; - back office commercial and administrative activities not related to accounting; - various reporting and analysis. Your Profile Requirements requested: - Bachelor's degree in economics-law or psychology of work or equivalent; - Experience gained as a recruiter at consulting firms or employment agencies; - Familiarity with the use of computer tools and personnel selection research; - Good knowledge of English language.
