This role is for one of Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 800000 - Rs 1200000 (ie INR 8-12 LPA) Min Experience: 1 years Location: Gurgaon JobType: full-time Requirements Key Responsibilities Proactively source and headhunt candidates through cold calling, networking, and direct outreach. Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle : sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordination. Write and publish clear, engaging job descriptions across relevant platforms. Act as the first point of contact for applicants, answering questions and providing information about the role and company. Ensure a smooth candidate experience from application to onboarding. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, recruiters, and other team members. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements. Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their job postings and candidates. Keywords: [
