Job Title: Recruiter – Volume Hiring (Retail Sales) Location: Bengaluru Role Purpose: We are looking for a recruiter to manage high-volume hiring for our retail sales team. Key Responsibilities: • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring timely and efficient hiring. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. • Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal promotions. • Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to identify the best candidates for our retail sales team. • Develop and maintain relationships with a network of external recruiters, agencies, and vendors to support high-volume hiring needs. • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to recruitment and hiring. Job Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the retail sales industry. • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and human capital management (HCM) software.
