Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Experience

• 8 years of experience in talent acquisition
• Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Experience recruiting for professional, corporate, or high-complex positions

Knowledge and Skills

• Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting methodologies.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
• Experience using ATS platforms and recruiting technologies.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Interviewing and candidate assessment techniques.
• Understanding of employment laws and recruitment best practices.
