Aufgaben

📝 WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you are responsible for our entire recruiting process – from search to placement.

You actively build our team and find the people who fit perfectly with us and our culture.

Your key tasks:

• Development of Recruiting- & Sourcing-Strategies for Sales-Team & Fullfillment Team
• Active Sourcing over Social Media (LinkedIn, TikTok, Insta DM, ...), Jobboards & Networks
• Scanning & Selection of Candidates and conducting interviews (phone & virtual)
• Closely working with Hiring Managers & Team Leads to ensure accurate role placement
• BUILDING & MAINTAINING YOUR OWN TALENT PIPELINES
• Creating job postings & continuous optimization of the recruiting funnel
• Coordination of the entire application process including onboarding handover

Qualifikation

• Proven experience in Recruiting (Agency/Start-up experience a plus)
• Full availability and the willingness to go the extra mile
• You are extremely communication-strong, empathetic, and can inspire people
• You work independently, structured, and solution-oriented
• You recognize cultural fits & potential quickly
• Fluent German skills in writing and speaking
