- Renewable energy sector, in São Paulo - SP.
Candidate Profile:
- Completed higher education in Psychology, Human Resources, Administration or related areas;
- Solid experience in recruitment, preferably international;
- Previous experience as a specialist;
- Experience with project leadership focused on process improvement;
- Advanced/fluent English is mandatory (Spanish is desirable);
- Availability for regular travel, especially in the first 6 months.
- Analytical capacity for indicator assessment;
Responsibilities:
- Conducting national and international selection processes;
- Working with managers and Business Partners, in order to generate more assertive results with regard to the selection processes;
- Leading process improvement projects, reviewing policies and implementing processes that can improve results;
