Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Renewable energy sector, São Paulo - SP.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Administration or related fields;
- Solid experience in recruitment, preferably international;
- Prior experience as a specialist;
- Experience leading projects focused on process improvement;
- Advanced/fluency in English is mandatory (Spanish is desirable);
- Availability for regular travel, mainly within the first 6 months.
- Analytical capacity to evaluate indicators;
Responsibilities:
- Conducting national and international selection processes;
- Working with managers and Business Partners to generate more assertive results in selection processes;
- Leading process improvement projects, reviewing policies and implementing processes that can improve results;
