Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/w/d)

In Germany, patients spend 30 billion EUR annually at the dentist. Despite this market size, many practices still work with outdated offline software from the 80s. Roger is here to change that.

Our Mission: Revolutionizing dental practices with our virtual AI assistant Roger. Our software transforms treatment planning and patient communication, increases efficiency and revenue, and simplifies daily practice life for dentists and their teams.

As a Recruiter/-in, you will be responsible for the entire talent acquisition process – strategically and innovatively!

You will work closely with our founders and HR team together and make Roger the go-to address for top talents in the DACH dental world.

Aufgaben

Your Tasks:

• End-to-End Recruiting on the Green Field: You will build our recruiting process almost from scratch. From creating job postings tailored to specific groups to active sourcing and organizing interviews – you will be responsible for the entire process and establish best practices for scalable hiring.
• Candidate Experience with Startup Spirit: You will accompany candidates throughout the process, ensuring transparency, speed, and a positive experience. At the same time, you will lay the foundation for structured onboarding that keeps pace with our growth.
• Bau & Weiterentwicklung unserer Hiring-Prozesse: In a dynamic SaaS environment, you think recruiting anew: You analyze our pipeline regularly, experiment with new channels and tools, and develop processes, guidelines, and interview structures that are efficient and data-based.
• Strategische Projekte & Employer Branding: You shape central initiatives like employer branding, talent marketing, pipeline building, and KPI monitoring. You bring your own ideas in and set innovative recruiting solutions in motion, which fit a young, ambitious startup.
• Enges Stakeholder Management & Sparring: You work hand in hand with our HR admin team, founders, and hiring managers/-in together.

Qualifikation

You bring:

• High Self-Responsibility & Ownership: You work hands-on, make independent decisions, prioritize clearly, and build processes structured on.
• Recruiting Experience: 2–4+ years of experience in a recruiting role, ideally in a dynamic SaaS environment.
• Startup Mentality: Ownership & Experimentation Enthusiasm.
• Excellent Stakeholder Management: Sovereign coordination between hiring manager and candidate.
• Fluent German and English skills

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience in SaaS, AI, B2B-Software, or the HealthTech environment
• Mitarbeit in einem dynamischen Startup oder Scale-up
• Experience with Greenfield Recruiting, building processes, or HR structures
• Knowledge of Employer Branding, Talent Marketing, or Recruiting Analytics
• Einschlägige Tool-Erfahrung, z. B. mit Personio, JOIN, Deel, LinkedIn Recruiter
