Aufgaben

This is what you'll do:

As Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/w/d), you'll shape our team's further growth actively. You'll work closely with the management and be responsible for the entire recruiting process.

• Strategic & operational sourcing:
  You define target profiles and personas together with the management, develop suitable channel strategies (Inbound & Outbound) and proactively approach talents – especially via LinkedIn, social media, and other relevant platforms.
• End-to-End Recruiting: You're responsible for the entire recruiting process – from job posting to steering external partners (e.g. agencies) until first interviews and a structured talent pipeline.
• Zielgruppenorientiertes Recruiting:
  You develop measures that really reach our target groups. You think recruiting from the target perspective: visible, approachable, and present where our target groups are – not just on classic job boards.
• Candidate communication & process management: You're the point of contact for our applicants, manage the exchange over vacancies, and ensure a smooth communication during the selection process.

Qualifikation

This is what you bring:

• Erfahrung: You have fundamental professional experience in HR & Recruiting.
• Tool expertise: You master the LinkedIn Recruiter or Recruiter Lite securely and have experience with recruiting channels via Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
• Linguistic level: You possess excellent communication skills in German.
• Structure & flexibility: You have a sense of direction, work independently, diligently, and can handle the dynamic demands of a startup well.
