As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to source, vet, and match top-tier finance talent with our clients’ job openings. This includes developing and executing recruitment strategies, building relationships with top talent, and ensuring that all candidates are thoroughly vetted before being presented to our clients. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions, tracking the status of job openings, and providing regular updates to our clients.
