Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and people-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our regional team in LATAM.

You will have a key role in the processes of Talent Acquisition for our operations in Mexico, Chile, and Brazil, as well as supporting other HR subsystems. You will work closely with the LATAM HR Manager, Head of HR Americas, and a multicultural team.

• Manage the entire recruitment cycle in Mexico, Chile, and Brazil.
• Publish job postings, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Lead processes for new hire onboarding.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Support offboarding processes, local benefits, workplace climate, well-being, and corporate culture.
• Participate in regional HR projects and continuous improvement of talent attraction strategies.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on Talent Acquisition.
• Regional experience (Mexico + Chile and/or Brazil) is a plus.
• Advanced English (oral and written); Portuguese desirable.
• General knowledge of other HR subsystems.
• Management of recruitment tools and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word, PowerPoint).
• Communication, organization, and teamwork skills in a multicultural environment.
