We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen our IT recruitment team in Hasselt, Belgium. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work 2-3 days per week from our office in Hasselt, with occasional travel to our location in Amsterdam. As an important member of our talent acquisition team, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top IT talent for our organization.

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality IT candidates
• Manage the entire recruitment cycle, from posting a job ad to negotiating an offer
• Work together with recruitment managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions
• Make use of various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
• Conduct initial screenings of candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
• Maintain accurate files and reports using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Possess positive relationships with candidates and provide a superior candidate experience
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment
• Participate in job fairs and networking events to promote employer branding
• Help develop and implement initiatives related to diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process
