Job description What will your role look like Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for domestic IT positions. Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers. Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide regular updates. Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process. Maintain recruitment metrics and generate management reports. Build and maintain a talent pool of IT professionals. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
