RECRUITMENT CONTEXT
In a context of strong acceleration, we are strengthening our Talent Acquisition team. The role of Talent Acquisition Specialist is key: you identify the best potentials, you recruit them, and you support them until their integration. A strategic, versatile, and fundamental position for MARGO's growth.
YOUR MISSIONS AS TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST
Recruitment:
Defining needs in close collaboration with Business Managers
Developing a candidate sourcing strategy by choosing appropriate channels
Sourcing and managing the candidate pipeline
Conducting job interviews independently
Managing the recruitment process
Salary negotiation
Onboarding:
Managing employee onboarding at Margo
Implementing coaching
Monitoring onboarding
HR Project Management:
Managing school relations: participating in forums, conferences, and workshops
Contributing to HR projects (onboarding, recruitment process redesign, offboarding...)

THE MARGO TEAM
You will be managed by a Talent Acquisition Manager who has already proven their expertise in recruitment. Their role will be to support you to ensure your success. To do this, they will monitor your activity with personalized weekly follow-ups and the implementation of KPIs to help you organize your time.

THE EVENT SEQUENCE
1 - Apply online: The HR team carefully reviews your application and contacts you if your profile matches one of our positions.
2 - First meeting: You will speak with a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This interview is an opportunity to discuss your background, your professional aspirations, as well as Margo and the opportunities we offer.
3 - Challenge yourself: A second interview with your future managers where your recruitment skills will be put to the test.
4 - Final motivation interview: To conclude, you will meet Pauline Pessonnier, Chief HR Officer and member of Margo's executive committee to confirm your motivation to join us.
YOU ARE A FUTURE MARGO IF:
You hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) in business, engineering, or university studies
You are persuasive and proactive

You have excellent interpersonal skills
