Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d) - Production & Logistics

At The Quality Group (TQG), known for ESN and More, we are looking for you as a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d) with a focus on the operations area.
In this role, you will be responsible for all blue-collar positions, especially in production, logistics, and related areas.
You will find, inspire, and win over the people who make our products possible – from manufacturing to delivery.

This position is based at our site in Elmshorn or Kaltenkirchen. For teamwork, you will typically be on-site 1-2 times per week, as well as when needed. On the remaining days, you will work flexibly from home or our headquarters in Hamburg-Ottensen. The position is initially fixed-term for 12 months. Subsequent employment is possible but cannot be guaranteed at this time.

Your Mission with Us

• You will manage open positions from A to Z – from active outreach to the job offer.
• You will find creative ways to attract suitable talents for open positions at all levels in logistics & production – from production employee to Head of.
• You will work closely with hiring managers, advise them at eye level, and manage the entire process.
• You will be a reliable part of our TA team, take responsibility, and also support across teams.
• You will contribute to recruiting & employer branding projects – with ideas, structure, and implementation strength.

Your Experience & Skills

• You have several years of recruiting experience, ideally gained in a dynamic corporate environment or in personnel services.
• Ideally, you are already familiar with hiring for positions in the production and logistics environment.
• You have high motivation for recruiting in the production and logistics environment and possess the drive to attract the best blue-collar talents.
• You work in a structured, reliable manner and with an eye for processes – documentation is not an extra for you, but part of professional collaboration.
• You are comfortable even when things are changing and can keep an overview when multiple topics are running in parallel.
• You are communicative, hands-on, and reliable, whether in conversations with candidates or colleagues.
• You are proactive, willing to pitch in, and eager to achieve great things together as a team.
• You speak German and English fluently in a professional context.
