Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description Manage talent selection to provide best short list of candidates to the Business/Function. Works closely with the Business/Function within his/her scope to understand jobs contexts, challenges and successful profile criteria and translates it into requirements / competencies to be evaluated during the interview. Manages selection interviews, phone and face-to-face to evaluate competencies, motivation, cultural fit, and potential of each candidate. Provides detailed and structured feedback to candidates after the interview process. Collaborates with hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates. Develops and maintains relationships with key stakeholders including hiring managers, business leaders, and HR partners. Stays up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies. Provides regular reports and insights to the Business/Function on talent acquisition metrics and trends.
