We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to manage the end-to-end sourcing and recruitment process for assigned roles.
- Implement innovative and effective sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and attract qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive market research, networking events, and ongoing relationship management.
- Coordinate with external recruitment agencies or search firms when outsourcing is necessary.
- Act as a professional representative of the organization to candidates and external partners.
- Support hiring managers throughout all recruitment stages, including developing job profiles, screening candidates, managing candidate experience, and negotiating offers.
- Conduct regular meetings with hiring managers to align on staffing needs and track candidate progress.
- Stay informed of market trends and provide insights into the talent landscape and competitive hiring environment.



Requirements

- Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level), both written and spoken.
- Proven experience in recruitment, whether in-house or agency-based.
- Experience managing high-volume recruitment processes in fast-paced environments.
- Strong sourcing, candidate generation, and assessment skills.
- Excellent research skills, including use of professional networking platforms.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS); specific platform knowledge is an advantage.
- Experience supporting hiring for product-specialized or tech-driven teams is a plus.
