Talent Acquisition Specialist (Dutch required)

Your Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at HSO, you are the driving force behind our growth ambitions. You know better than anyone that the right people in the right place make the difference. What will you do?

• You are the expert in finding tech talent: from refining the need with hiring managers to sourcing the right candidates and guiding them through our process;
• You ensure smooth collaboration with hiring managers and translate their wishes into a targeted sourcing strategy;
• You build strong talent pipelines, know how to identify and engage talent job seekers, the market holds no secrets for you;
• Together with employer branding, you ensure the right visibility in the right places, whether it's through social media, communities, or niche channels;
• You attend relevant career fairs, meetups, and events and build long-term connections;
• You keep HSO's growth strategy in sharp focus and proactively advise hiring managers on recruitment goals, the labor market, and trends in tech sourcing.

About the Team

You will join a recruitment team consisting of 3 recruiters spread across the Veenendaal and Rotterdam locations, and you will also work closely with HR colleagues, the Employer Branding specialist, and of course, hiring managers.

Requirements

What do you bring

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, where sourcing is second nature to you — experience with actively approaching candidates is a must;
• You have gained both agency and/or in-house recruitment experience, preferably in a commercial environment;
• A completed Bachelor's or Master's degree and a strong affinity with IT and technological developments;
• You have a solid track record in proactively finding, approaching, and convincing hard-to-find tech talent;
• Experience in sourcing profiles within IT services is a strong plus;
• You are entrepreneurial, creative, and come up with innovative sourcing strategies and tools to make a difference;
• You reside in the Netherlands and are fluent in both Dutch and English.
