Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for developing effective recruitment strategies, managing the interview process, and delivering a positive candidate experience. They should be up to date with labor market trends and skilled in using digital tools to attract talent.

Requirements

• Preferably with a university degree or relevant experience in a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment and talent selection
• Knowledge of digital recruitment tools and platforms
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic, multitasking environment
• Understanding of current labor market trends and best practices in talent acquisition
• Strong negotiation and persuasive skills
• Bilingual: Spanish / English – C1 level
