YOUR MISSION

• You will be responsible for your own vacancies, especially in Sales (e.g., Sales Representatives, Account Executives, Team Leads) – from the kick-off with the hiring manager to the contract signing.

• You will be where the talent is. Via LinkedIn, XING, social media, and direct outreach, you will build talent pools for locations throughout Germany – also for career changers.

• You will guide candidates respectfully and quickly through the process and ensure that no one feels lost in the funnel.

• You will advise our hiring managers at eye level – on role profiles, structured interviews, and quick decisions.

• You will work cleanly in Ashby, keep an eye on your pipeline and KPIs (e.g., Time-to-Hire, Conversion per phase) and derive improvements from them.

• You will contribute your own ideas – for employer branding, job advertisements, or new sourcing channels – and have the desire to help shape the transition into hypergrowth.

WHAT YOU BRING

• You have several years of experience in recruiting – ideally in a start-up, scale-up – and have already filled sales roles.

• You know the tricks of modern active sourcing and write outreach messages that people respond to.

• You speak fluent German and confident English and can inspire people with a vision.

• You love speed, set high goals, and can keep an overview even with many parallel processes.

• You want to learn something new every day, seek feedback, and share your knowledge within the team.

• You enjoy working with an ATS (ideally Ashby) and digital tools – experience with AI in recruiting is a plus.
