Application experience: MS office applications with high level of proficiency in Excel Key responsibility areas: Manage relationships with search firms/agencies and recruiters; Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet business needs; Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective job descriptions; Conduct interviews with candidates to assess their skills and fit for the role; Provide guidance on interview processes and candidate evaluation; Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures; Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and application status.
