Talent Acquisition Sourcer | Hybrid Guadalajara (Success Factors experience)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role will focus on identifying, engaging, and attracting top talent across corporate functions such as Finance, IT, HR, Logistics, Sales, and more. The Sourcer will play a key role in building strong candidate pipelines, conducting initial screenings, and supporting the recruitment team throughout the hiring process. Key Responsibilities Proactively source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks. Utilize Success Factors to manage candidate flow and track progress. Collaborate with recruiters to identify top talent and develop strategies for attracting diverse candidates. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, business leaders, and other HR professionals.
