Talent Acquisition Sourcer (Cold Calling ) - Hybrid Guadalajara MX

MezTal is seeking a proactive and strategic Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support recruiting efforts for our U.S.-based client, one of the largest food and facility services companies in the country. This role requires hands-on experience sourcing both hourly and salaried professionals , including blue-collar and white-collar positions. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong cold-calling and direct sourcing skills , the ability to differentiate between sourcing and screening , and proven success in identifying top talent through various channels, such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks. The successful candidate will be able to work independently with minimal supervision, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities. This is a hybrid role that requires the ability to work both remotely and on-site in Guadalajara, Mexico.
