In the past three years, we have become the third-largest property management company in Germany with less than 25 full-time employees at HQ.

About the Role

In the Talent Acquisition Internship (m/f/d), you will take responsibility for the successful recruitment of employees for our nationwide portfolio companies. As we grow monthly through acquisitions of property management companies, your responsibility will grow quickly. To optimally fill the role, you need a very high level of self-motivation, be a team player, and enjoy a lot of human interaction.

Tasks

• You will search for and contact managing directors, executives, and experienced managers throughout Germany. 80% of your time will be spent on active sourcing.
• You will build talent pools for future leadership roles and develop a clear picture of the German market.
• You will connect our M&A pipeline with our talent pipeline, ensuring that we are immediately operational after every acquisition.
• You will conduct interviews with senior candidates and convincingly and clearly communicate Buena and our vision.

Qualifications

• Native-level German language skills.
• Residence in Berlin and willingness to work in-office in Prenzlauer Berg.
• High ambition or pro background of any kind (e.g., professional sports, content creation, etc.).
• Minimum of 6 months availability for the internship.
