About the Role

We are looking for an intern in Talent Acquisition to further expand our competitive advantage in the M&A sector. When we acquire property management companies across Germany, it is crucial to quickly replace existing management with technology-oriented leadership. Your task is to identify, nurture, and recruit future managing directors for us.

An internship at Buena means full ownership from day one. As the second member of our headhunting team, you will take responsibility for a portfolio of over 500 employees and executives from the start. This way, you ensure that the right leader is immediately available for every acquisition. You will work directly with our management and M&A teams at our Berlin headquarters, making recruiting a central part of our strategy.

Responsibilities

• You will search for and contact managing directors, executives, and experienced managers across Germany. 80% of your time will be spent on active sourcing via LinkedIn, Xing, and direct outreach.

• You will build talent pools for future leadership roles and develop a clear picture of the German market.

• You will connect our M&A pipeline with our talent pipeline, ensuring we are immediately operational after every acquisition.

• You will conduct interviews with senior candidates and convincingly and clearly present Buena and our vision.

• You will build systems and structures to make talent visible and available in the long term.

You are a good fit if you

• Are or were a student at a German university, or have a professional background of any kind (e.g., professional sports, content creation, etc.) and want to apply your drive, discipline, and communication skills in business.

• Can complete an internship for at least six months.

• Speak German as a native language.

• Enjoy speaking directly and on an equal footing with managing directors and senior executives.

• Work in a structured manner and enjoy systematically analyzing markets and people.

• Use technology to work more efficiently, such as CRM tools or AI sourcing.

• Wish to work in Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg.

• Strong signal: You have already gained initial experience in recruiting, executive search, outbound sales, or CRM.
