About the Role

We are looking for an intern (m/f/d) for our Talent Acquisition Team to further expand our competitive advantage in the M&A sector.

When we acquire real estate management companies across Germany, it is crucial to deploy employees in our companies quickly who are tech-savvy, eager to learn, and want to redefine the classic job of a property manager. Your task is to attract these talents for us.

Working at Buena means "full responsibility" from day one. You will take responsibility for a portfolio of over 500 employees from the start and proactively build "talent pools" nationwide. This way, you ensure that every new acquisition in the portfolio is equipped with the best employees at all times.

You will work directly with our second management level at HQ, the local managing directors on-site, and our HQ Talent Team.

Responsibilities

Recruiting is a central part of our company strategy, so we expect a highly technology-supported way of working, output orientation, and professionalism in dealing with talents.

• You will spend 80% of your first months sourcing talent through our various channels. You will also conduct initial screening interviews.

• You will systematically screen the German market and build strategic talent pools for future targets.

• You will actively contribute your ideas for shaping our channel mix for attracting talent to our TA strategy.

You are a fit if you

• Want to work on-site at our HQ in Berlin (Prenzlauer Berg).

• Have a proven strong interest in people, recruiting/sales, meaning you have an active TikTok/IG account, organize events, or were a professional athlete.

• Can commit to an internship period of at least 6 months.

• Possess high resilience in direct outreach, act confidently, and work results-oriented.

• Want a very steep learning curve in the areas of methodology and technology-supported work.
