About the Role As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our clients' projects. You will work closely with our project managers, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure that we have the right people in the right roles at the right time. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should have: • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field; • Proven track record of successfully identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for clients' projects; • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
