Job Description: As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for leading recruitment processes for various positions in Canada (Quebec, British Columbia, Ontario) and the United States, in partnership with several internal departments. You will have a direct impact on our ability to grow in our current and future markets by piloting end-to-end recruitment mandates, collaborating closely with managers, and ensuring that we offer a comprehensive candidate experience. Your key responsibilities will include: • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies for various positions; • Building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and HR teams; • Conducting interviews and assessments to identify top talent; • Collaborating with our internal teams to develop job descriptions, requirements, and interview questions; • Providing guidance on the development of job postings and advertisements; • Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding employment equity, diversity, and inclusion; • Maintaining accurate records and reports of recruitment activities and results.
