Talent Acquisition Partner
Job description
As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will play an integral role in managing the recruitment, selection, and pre-onboarding process.
You will work innovatively, assertively, and effectively with hiring managers and interviewers, executing best practices for attraction, sourcing, selection, interviews, offers, and closing processes strategically with all areas of Human Resources, creating synergies with a team approach as a single HR team.
- • Responsible for the recruitment cycle from beginning to end, carrying out strategic planning, attraction, sourcing, selection of highly qualified candidates, and maintaining a very effective professional relationship with candidates.
- • Articulate in writing a plan with deliverables, timelines, and a formal follow-up/reporting/metrics process.
- • Work with business managers to understand immediate and future requirements in their businesses to regularly execute the best immediate or future strategy.
- • Responsible for talent sourcing through different recruitment channels, as well as developing innovative strategies to attract candidates through platforms, corporate page, networks, direct calls, internet searches, and research, etc.
- Proactive recruitment of strategic and/or recurring positions to achieve identification and hiring in the shortest possible time.
- Responsible for managing key recruitment metrics, KPIs, and market insights.
- Coordinate meetings with the Hiring Manager and HRBP to ensure a deep and detailed understanding of each job description.
- Support brand reinforcement with local universities and agencies.
- Stay up-to-date on major industry trends and best recruitment practices.
- Candidate evaluation to ensure technical knowledge, competencies, cultural fit, and overall compatibility with the position requirements.
- Responsible for coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates and interviewers.
- Build and manage relationships with passive and active candidates.
- Respond to and address candidate and/or manager inquiries, escalating to the Human Resources Manager if necessary.
- Responsible for the logistics, application, development, results, and decision-making of assessments.
Requirements:
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and capable of leading teams through high pressure and high demands from business leaders while creating partnerships at all levels of an organization.
- Solid understanding of hiring metrics, KPIs, and SLAs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience working with ATS – WD preferred.
- Competency-based interviewing experience.
- Experience in conducting recruitment campaigns.
- Availability to travel.
- Self-managed.
- Ability to work under pressure.
