Talent Acquisition Partner @ Aristocrat

Minimum of ~5 years of progressive experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced, global organisation. Shown strength in sourcing diverse talent across multiple fields (technical, creative, commercial). Fluent Polish speaker and strong English communication skills. Experience using AI or data-driven recruitment tools and a strong curiosity to explore and optimise these tools in new ways. Strong collaboration and influencing skills — able to work with business leaders, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to drive successful talent acquisition strategies. Ability to think strategically, prioritise tasks effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high expectations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
