Talent Acquisition Operations Lead

Responsibilities： Scale Interview & Hiring Capability： Train and level-up interviewers and hiring managers, define a clear hiring bar, and build simple tools (playbooks, guides, templates) that make great interviewing easy and consistent. Build Policy and Scalable Processes：Create and refine fast, flexible, and compliant recruiting processes that work for a growing startup—efficient to run, easy to adopt, and driven by data. Own Recruiting Tech：Lead ATS setup and optimization, integrate key tools (e.g., applicant tracking systems, HR software) to streamline hiring workflows, and ensure seamless candidate experience. Develop Talent Acquisition Strategy：Collaborate with stakeholders to define talent acquisition goals, develop strategies to achieve them, and measure success through metrics such as time-to-hire, source-to-hire, and quality of hire. Foster a Culture of Inclusion：Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the hiring process by developing and implementing inclusive interview questions, ensuring diverse candidate pools, and providing training for interviewers on unconscious bias.
