Talent Acquisition Officer (F/H) - V.I.E (Benelux)
Job description
Attached to the Country Manager, you will be a true business partner in helping to achieve ambitious recruitment goals and animating this activity.
Your missions will be:
- Develop a strategic and innovative vision to identify high-level qualified profiles at the international level,
- Suggest different sourcing/recruitment strategies,
- Pilot a hiring plan corresponding to all company functions,
- Lead candidate sourcing (job boards and social networks…),
- Pilot the entire recruitment process,
- Update recruitment tools and dashboards,
- Define and pilot the strategy for school relations and job fairs to be achieved,
- Organize recruitment events.
