Aufgaben

Candidate Experience – you ensure that applicants feel well taken care of:

• Active support in setting up and implementing a modern candidate journey
• Accompanying applicants from the first contact to onboarding

Job postings – you design and place our job ads in a visible and targeted manner:

• Self-contained creation of appealing job postings
• Selection of suitable recruiting channels
• Publishing the ads on relevant platforms

CV-Screening – you find out which profiles really fit us:

• Individual review and assessment of application documents
• Advising candidates to optimize their application

First interviews – you get to know applicants personally and guide them through the process:

• Conducting initial get-to-know-you conversations
• Exchange about wishes, expectations, and career goals
• Presentation of suitable job opportunities

Ideas management – you bring in your own impulses and help us to improve:

• Bringing in new ideas and suggestions for improvement
• Active co-shaping of the further development of MHC (e.g. employer branding, process optimization)

Qualification

In addition to a successfully completed education or degree, you ideally bring with you already some work experience in recruiting. Moreover, you convince us with some additional character traits:
