Talent Acquisition Manager:in (m/w/d)

We are a growing, national Housing company with a focus on student and employee accommodations in Berlin and Leipzig. Currently, we manage several hundred residential properties and actively expand our demand and sales channels.

We are looking for a proactive, communicative, and sales-oriented person who can uncover new demand sources and actively generate qualified leads. B2C and B2B.

We are not looking for classical real estate or administrative employees. Rather, all-rounders with pleasure in contacting and establishing and maintaining business relationships.

Tasks

• active search and building of new demand sources
• Outbound acquisition and contact establishment
• building and maintenance of WhatsApp-, Telegram-, and community channels
• contact with student communities, relocation agencies, and companies
• building new cooperations and partnerships
• generation of qualified leads for our rental team
• development of new ideas to increase occupancy
• market and competitive observation
• documentation and reporting of activities
