YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

As a Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d), you combine hands-on recruiting with strategic talent acquisition: You will not only be responsible for filling open positions but will also build up the recruiting organization with us and the departments.

Talent Acquisition

• You will be responsible for the entire recruiting process – from needs analysis and requirements definition, through the interview phase, to successful hiring
• You will manage multiple vacancies in parallel, keeping an eye on quality, process efficiency, and candidate experience equally
• You will use all available recruiting and lead generation channels, including active sourcing, and further expand sustainable talent pipelines for our most important target groups
• As the main point of contact for our talents, you will enable them to have an exciting, informative, and appreciative candidate journey

Collaboration and Strategic Development

• You will develop job filling strategies together with the departments, working closely with our People Business Partners
• You will act as a sparring partner for our hiring managers, advising them on job profiles, selection processes, and recruiting strategies
• You will use recruiting KPIs to analyze processes and decisions and derive targeted optimization measures from them
• You will continuously develop recruiting processes, standards, and tools, and contribute your ideas and experience to make our recruiting efficient and scalable and to ensure a strong customer experience in line with our employer branding

YOUR PROFILE

• You have several years of professional experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a comparable function, and have gained in-depth experience in end-to-end recruiting and active sourcing
• You are experienced in working with various stakeholders, as well as at different levels, and understand the business
• You feel at home on social networks and have experience in active sourcing and direct approach of specialists and managers
• You have an understanding of relevant recruiting KPIs and know how to analyze them and derive measures
• You have excellent communication and interviewing skills and can communicate very well in German and English, both orally and in writing
• You work responsibly and solution-oriented and feel comfortable in a dynamic environment
